MENGAPA ALLAH BERJENGGOT: GUGATAN TERHADAP DISKURSUS TEOLOGI KEMASKULINAN ALLAH DALAM KEKRISTENAN

Abstract

This article is trying to sue the theological discourse of masculinity 
of God in Christianity. Patriarchal culture and linguistic system of androcentrism have 
reificated God as a male person and therefore being called Father. Consequently, human 
understanding has been customized to conceive as if God is a man which being 
individualized as a bearded grandfather. This article aims to show the invalidity of 
human thought on God’s genital.
