TANGGUNG JAWAB SEBAGAI LEITMOTIV. KEHIDUPAN MORAL KRISTIANI MENURUT BERNHARD HARING

Abstract

Leitmotiv offered by Bernhard Häring is the leitmotiv of responsibility that a person who lives out his/her life with a deeply concern to the liberty which means using the intellect and will and at the same time appreciating such a liberty. This leitmotiv, thus, allows one to live a moral life as an adult. Due to such a notion, liberty is always understood in fidelity to the goodness and truth. For Häring the highest value of goodness and truth is love of God and neighbor, and therefore the leitmotiv of responsibility always means that every time people live out the liberty they are always faithful to the goodness and truth. And with the concept of loving God and neighbor Häring reminds us not to forget two fundamental aspects of solidarity and adoration when we are practicing the leitmotiv.
